Do you own an Electric Vehicle or a hybrid?
We're having some good discussion on Twitter and Facebook about Electric Vehicles. Right now we're talking about Electric Vehicle ownership.
So, who on the forums owns an electric vehicle or hybrid currently?
If you do own one, what model is it?
If you don't, why not? Can you see yourself buying one in the next year?
Xebra Flash. Three years 4,600 miles. $88.00 dollars in electricity for three years or about .019 cents per mile.
Wow, Metalana. That's great!
I will likely by one during the next year. Not exactly sure what, but it shoudl replace our 12 year old second car that mainly sees local city traffic.

hi-
i just joined, we deal e-cars in houston. i drive the mighty zenn every day, we have the 35mph on a 45mph road law here (colloquially the MSEV law) as a dozen or so states now have. i hope california gets with the program soon too. we deal the zenn, zap, sky (also called star elsewhere) and a poorly made convertible, the benjy. now that zenn will stop making cars in another year or 2, we are looking to add highway speed e-vehicles. had hoped to deal fast zenns, but they decided to become only a supplier of the ultracapacitor and related products. we love the zenn, love the zap, really love them all and look forward to driving the hot rod Arcimoto Pulse. sounds really great. hope you are able to keep the price down, i think this will determine how fast these are accepted by the markets. all the best of luck with it.
