Mark Frohnmayer, President

Mark graduated from UC Berkeley in 1996 with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. After 11 years in the computer games industry and a successful exit from his first startup, GarageGames, Mark has turned his entrepreneurial energy towards sustainable business development in Oregon. His current endeavor, Arcimoto was founded in October 2007 to bring quality, affordable, sustainable vehicles to the masses and aims to be a major player in the new green transportation space. Mark served on the Oregon governor's Alternate Fuel Vehicle Infrastructure Working Group in 2009 and was peer selected as one of the Pacific Northwest's clean technology Pivotal Leaders. Jim Jordan, Mechanical Design Lead

Jim brings more than 25 years of R&D and Product and Tool Design to Arcimoto, after most recently working for Country Couch designing fiberglass bodies for full-size RVs. He was also involved in some of the very first carbon molds for consumer products, and has extensive experience in plastic injection, lost wax, thermoforming and composite mold making.

Joe Morgan, Operations Lead

Joe has 13 years experience as a Senior Department Head at Marathon Coach, where he managed the entire paint operation for multi-million dollar luxury coaches. Joe was in the Army for 10 years, serving as an Infantry Squad Leader, Combat Engineer, then onto the Non Commissioned Officer Academy where he graduated first in his class of 300. During the Gulf War Joe was promoted to First Sergeant, Acting Jack and was in the top 3% of all Non Commissioned Officers in the US Army.

Chris Critchett, Electrial Lead

Chris is a 14-year veteran of the RV industry, where he specialized in electronics for such manufacturers as Monaco and Country Coach. During that time he worked on the development and implementation of major electrical systems and system support.

Jeremy Bronson, Creative Director

Jeremy has been a creative for many years, attending the University of Oregon and NYU for visual and multimedia design, photography and audio production. He also brings 15 years of web design experience from leading his own consultancy.

Katie Brunk, Accounting and HR

Katie holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Washington State University and has the honor of being one of the very first Arcimoto employees as the company launched in 2007.

Landon Chappell, Fabrication Lead

Landon began exploring steel and construction as a child in his father's shop. After leading numerous remodels and construction crews in Oregon for over 13 years, Landon joined forces with Arcimoto in 2008. He has been a contributor to all four genrations of Arcimoto prototypes. Landon specializes in metal and textiles with a concentration on using recycled materials.

Eric Fritz, Marketing and Public Relations

Eric graduated from the University of Oregon in 1997 with a degree in biochemistry. He put his degree to good use by promptly entering into a career in marketing. He spent 5 years in Seattle, working as an editor for Reed Global Advisors, a research and investment firm focused on energy technology companies, before moving back to Eugene to join Mark as Director of Marketing at his previous venture, GarageGames.

Marcos Nolan, Industrial Design

Marcos graduated from the University of Washington in 2008 with a degree in Industrial Design.  As a student, he was involved in a number of group projects hosted by outside firms such as Fluke and Microsoft.  His work has focused on the aesthetics and ergonomics of our vehicle's exterior and interior body styling.

Byron Bocian, Industrial Design

Byron brings extensive experience in transportation design and concept development support with a focus in conscious processes and technologies. He graduated from the Art Center College of Design and most recently comes from 15 years of designing exterior and interior concepts for Daimler Trucks International. He has also consulted and developed patented designs across a variety of transportation companies.

Ames Jacoby, Mechanical Engineering

Ames is an EIT certified engineer who received his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo. Prior to to joining Arcimoto, he served for six years as Engineering Manager at Monaco RV, a division of Navistar. He managed the chassis division and designed custom chassis for highway vehicles.

Chris Angot, Mechanical Engineer

Chris graduated with his BSME from Oregon State University in 2005, and brought his significant CAD modeling skills to a variety of manufacturing firms before arriving at Arcimoto. His experience in finite element analysis (FEA) has been highly valuable in the design and testing of our upcoming prototype.

Investment Opportunity

Arcimoto has been seed funded through the development of the SRK product prototype by its founder, angel investors and public support from local government agencies. Arcimoto is currently raising funds to launch the SRK pilot fleet and bring the SRK into production.
