WHAT HAPPENED IN VEGAS

Our team had a scant two weeks of holiday home time before we set back out on the road. Our destination was Las Vegas and the annual Consumer Electronics Show. We didn’t choose a booth at the show proper; instead we set up a few blocks away at the iconic Vegas Peppermill – a diner/lounge with a giant parking lot out back. Over the course of the week members of the press and prospective partners came by to take rides in the Alpha prototypes- The reactions were great:

PUSHING FOR 500!

We’ve had an incredible response to the SRK since unveiling Generation 8. We’ve tripled up on pre-orders since our October site update, and we’re closing in on the 500 pre-order mark. We’ll be offering up a free T-shirt or hat to everyone who pre-orders in the next week… an added bonus for jumping on board with the clean transportation revolution. Click Here to reserve your SRK.

ALPHA PROTOTYPE MILESTONE

We are excited to announce that our two Alpha prototypes have accumulated more than 1,000 miles of road usage since our launch in November. We’re using them in real driving scenarios every day: from Venice Beach to UCLA, down the Pacific Coast Highway, around the south Bay Area, San Francisco, and through rainy nights in our own home town of Eugene, Oregon. The design is holding up very well to the rigors of daily driving, and the Gen 8 platform design is proving its worth in urban maneuverability and park-ability just about anywhere. We’ve gathered a ton of feedback both from our own rides and those of prospective partners and customers that will inform the Beta engineering and build cycle late this spring.
Thank you for joining us on the Arcimoto journey. The road ahead is looking clean. Onward and upward!
